ClaimCheck Health ("we", "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of our users and the Personal Health Information (PHI) contained in the files processed by our service. We operate in compliance with the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) of Ontario and PIPEDA.
Transient Processing: When you upload a billing CSV file, our system processes it in-memory to generate the audit report. Once the session ends or the report is generated, the raw patient data is permanently deleted from our temporary storage. We do not build a permanent database of your patients.
All data processing occurs on servers located physically within Canada (Google Cloud Platform - Montreal Region).
We employ AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Access to the platform is secured via strong password policies and optional Multi-Factor Authentication.
